# Support

Need help? Reach out through your partner casino's support channel. For account, deposit, withdrawal, or KYC issues your casino handles everything end-to-end. For ZED-specific issues (a race result you don't understand, a bet that settled oddly), casino support will escalate to the ZED team on your behalf.

**Responsible gambling.** ZED Racing is gambling. Set yourself limits before you start, take regular breaks, and never bet more than you can afford to lose. Your partner casino offers responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion — through their main account settings.
